I'm sorry if you implicitly read that I meant that the "training in emotional regulation strategies" should be offered to neurodivergent employees only. I should have been clearer. What I had in mind was that such training be offered for everyone who cares (for some, to find strategies to cope, and for others, to become more empathetic and understanding, and not so quick to judge). I can totally see you could read it that way, though.

I really don't think it's a "problem" that neurodivergent folks need to fix for themselves, I was seeing it (and still am) as a situation we can all learn to address better, more empathetically, together.
