Welcome back from the 2022 Holidays! I hope you had plenty of opportunities to rest up, recharge your batteries, share memorable times with loved ones, and even maybe commit to a few new year resolutions that may or may not still be applicable in a few weeks.

As usual, my new year resolutions will include going to sleep earlier, taking better care of my body, eating healthier, and of course, moving more. That being said, considering that I’m currently sitting while writing this post and that I just had a delicious chocolate croissant for breakfast, one might say I’m off to a pretty terrible start! But hey, I’m not one to judge. I’m sure there’s a place in the Multiverse where chocolate croissants are healthier than kale.

But speaking of new year's resolutions, there is one that I did take last year that I did honour all the way through 2022, and that I intend to keep honouring again in 2023. Exactly one year ago, I started this entire Info-Hub blog section, with the intent of sharing my perspectives on inclusive communication and inclusive speaking with all of you, in order to help you become more inclusive speaking and communication professionals. One year into this commitment, I am quite amazed by all the new dots I got to connect…
