Thanks for your comment. In this particular case, "following the money" seems like the only sensible thing to do... every year, an average of $55 billion a year are controlled by the working-age Canadians with disabilities. In the united States, that number skyrockets to $490 billion annually.

Considering the astronomical number of lawsuits over inaccessible content that are filed every year, and the millions of dollars that those cost organizations that are found guilty - not only in penalties, but also in direct brand damage - making the business case for inclusion really isn't all that hard.

When you look at it this way, the one thing that doesn't make business sense is to ignore this literally untapped market.
